ESOP, a program of Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging, works with homeowners and their loan servicers to obtain affordable resolutions that preserve homeownership. Homeowners complete applications and provide financial information relevant to their case. Our foreclosure prevention advocates and Housing and Financial Counselors use the information obtained from the homeowner to obtain financial assistance and/or negotiate with their servicer for an affordable mortgage solution.

We have direct points of contact and formal agreements with many loan servicing companies helping counselors to more efficiently achieve sustainable mortgage solutions.

Since 2005, we have assisted more than 65,000 homeowners.

Save Your Home

Don’t be in denial.  Ignoring the problem will only make it worse.  As soon as you anticipate a problem do something.  Even up until your home is scheduled for a sheriff’s sale there is still hope you can save your home.

Take Action!

1. Call ESOP at 216-361-0718

2. Make an appointment to meet with one of our housing and financial counselors.
